Why is it that guys think with their penises, rather than using their top head when speaking to attractive ladies?

During a recent workshop in NY, the guys received the following exercise.   If you are single in NYC, please read on.

Michelle, a gorgeous gal was taking part in the seminar and was doing some role playing. 

The men were given the assignment to try to get her to leave the room with them.

This took part at the very end of the workshop, where the guys already knew a little bit about her.   So they were told to   approach her, and try to get her to leave with em.

Pretty much ever guy, approached using a salesman approach.  They said things like,

“How about you and I check out another place ? I know this really fantastic Italian place.”

“Wow, you look so bored.  I can make you laugh.”

“You have that look like something is on your mind and would like to take a walk.”

These guys were coming off as slick salesman mode.  The issue is that they did not understand how to be vulnerable,  which is what women are interested in.

At the Workshop, Michelle was asked how the men did.  She smiled and said, “Every single guy tanked.”

“All of you guys struck out.  You were doing pretty good, except on this exercise.  Observe how this can be easy and painless.  

I approached Michelle and gazed into her eyes.  I put my hand out and spoke:

“Michelle, it is time to get out of here.   It is too loud.  I really would like to get to know more about you and talk.  Lets go some place a little quieter.  

Michelle stood up, put her hand out and we left.   

That is all there is too it. 

Ladies do want to see that vulnerable side.  It is important to them that they know you are interested in learning more about them.  

You really do not require any funny pick up lines or a sales script.  All that you need to do is let them know you would like to get to know them better and actually mean it.

Have you heard this phrase before?

‘Walk the walk and talk the talk.’

It pertains to those individuals who do exactly what they say they will.

A main issue in our lives is that many people just do a whole lot of talking without backing it up.

All Talk No Action people have big goals.  You may have heard them say:

“After I lose the pounds and inches, I will sign up and run the NYC marathon.”

“I have a lot of other things going on.  I will meet more guys once I am ready and clear the other things off of my plate.

What these people do is a lot of non stop talking.  They are always reassuring themselves, however do not take the the next step, never actually walking the walk and putting things into action.

You do not want to be all talk no action, because it simply means that you are not doing. You continuously validate things or make a thousand excuses as to why the things did not work out, or they will do things when (fill in the blank).

These big talkers have a similar theme.  They will always have a “when” involved.  When I achieve this goal, when I get a new haircut, when the weather is nicer, etc. 

It is very simple: Each and every single day, you need to back up what you say, practice what you preach.  Take baby steps.

Guys are extremely magnetized to a woman who has the integrity to back up her words with actions.

The time is now that you become that woman.

However, that is only one piece of the equation.

You have that big head, which is the sole reason you are not meeting women.

That is correct, your big head, that sits on your shoulders, that 7 pounds of mass that is capable of doing damage.

With everything going on in your head, it is almost like you are lost in a terrible neighborhood in the middle of the night.

The only thing you can see if your eyes moving back and forth from the doorway, thinking about when that disaster may happen.. Will you get mugged?  With something else bad happen to you?

That is your lovely head, and it is similar to way some of you think about meeting attractive women.

Many guys are always stuck in their head.  As soon as you spot a gorgeous lady that you are interested in, your mind takes you on a series of frightening conversations inside your head.

What should I say?

She kind of looks like she is busy thinking about things.

What can I say to make her laugh or how can I be funny?

OMG, I am totally freaking.  She is absolutely perfect and I am not sure what to do!

Relax!!!! That is what you really need to do.

Deep breaths, deep breathes, she is just another person, just like you.

You my friend are the one who has chosen to live a life in fear and isn’t it about time that you stop?

Here is a great tip to use: picture something that makes you feel good on your phone and stare at it.  It should be something that makes you smile, makes you feel happy and calm.

The next time you start to panic when you see a beautiful woman, look at that picture.

After taking a good glance, look directly at her and give her a warm smile.

Everything starts out with the smile!

Think about this.  How do you feel when a beautiful woman gives you a big smile, or it can be when anyone smiles your way.  Doesn’t it  make you feel calm, relaxed, and makes wonder why they are smiling at you?

With most things, you get what you pay for.  Rightfully so, many of you might believe that a paid personal ad site would have higher quality people than the many free ones now available.

I used to believe the same thing…. but not any more.  I always like to stay up to date on the issues facing the singles community and the majority of people who attend my Weekenddating.com NYC Speed Dating and Long Island Singles events also do the online personals.

• What a found is that a good majority of the people on the free sites (OK Cupid, POF) are also on the pay sites such as Match.  I also found one very important thing that the pay sites have that the free ones do not……………….NIGERIAN ROMANCE SCAMMERS!! (If you never heard of this, do a google search for Nigerian Romance Scam).

• These scammers ignore the free sites and focus on the pay sites such as the one that begins with “M” because they figure you may have some money if you are paying for a site.

I thought spotting these fake ads was pretty obvious, but decided to outline it here after my friend Joe got all excited by the many responses he received within the first few days of joining “M.”  Joe is a decent looking guy, but not model material, and it seemed odd that he was getting so many responses so quickly.  Sure enough, after reviewing the messages with him, it was pretty clear that the responses were fake.

So how can you easily spot a fake ad or response?   This is for the guys.. Ladies, if you have some tips, please comment below.

1. If the woman sends you an instant message or message  first.. RED FLAG.  Now I am not saying women do not initiate first contact.  However it is still usually the guy that is the one who reaches out first.

1. 2) Look at the age range of the guy the woman says she wants.  If it is a very wide range of 20 years or more- RED FLAG. 

1. 3) If she is looking for a guy much older– RED FLAG.  Not to say some women are interested in a much older man, but when the woman is 35 and says she is looking for a guy ages 40-60, your red flag bells should be going off.

1. 4) Look at the height of the guy she is looking for.  These scammers almost always leave the height 3-0 to 8-0, which is the default setting.  This is a very easy tell tale sign and a major RED FLAG because most women are pretty particular about dating a guy who is shorter than them.

OK, not rocket science, but would hate for anyone to be taken advantage of.  If the ad you are looking for has one or more of these signs, be careful.

Guys-   Would you like to learn a very fast and easy way to meet a woman on the street?

Well of course you do!!

Many men are obsessing on how you can do this.

Doe this sound familiar:  You see a gorgeous gal on the street and you have no idea on what to do or say to meet her.

Okay, ready for the answer?

Race them.

Nope, I am not kidding, you heard me right.  RACE Them..

I am not trying to convince you to run down the street like a mad man, staring at them and saying “Race me or let’s go running.”

Not talking about that at all!.

Here is what you should do. . The very next time you see a beautiful woman standing at a street corner right next to you,  do this:

Look right at her and give her a big smile.  Next, I want you to start stretching a little, (like you are warming up your leg, hamstring, or whatever it might be.

Next, look at her and say, “Lets  race across the street. Come on.  The winner buys the other a cup of coffee.”

The idea is to make this a fun experience, smile , and be playful.

I do this all the time.   Ladies start laughing hysterically, and they have a great time with it because you are different.

This is the key,  She hears the same things time and time again.  You have to be the guy who is different.  The guy she has never met before.

How about pick- up- lines?” you may be thinking.

You need to forget about these.

What you say is not important, it is about being fun.

The majority of men  do not have fun when they approach women, and that is why they never meet get the date with her.

You need to be that funny guy, the man that not only meets beautiful women, but that guy that women can not wait to meet!
