5. Tax Time- Need a great tax preparer for NYS?.  
   I use Doris Laffey from Laffey Accounting for as my tax preparer.  She seems to find deductions that others have missed and stays up to date on all of the new state/federal laws.  I don't know if it will save you anything, but you can try mentioning Jay from Weekenddating and see if she gives you a few bucks off her regular fees.  I live in Queens and mail my taxes to Doris in Suffolk, so you do not have be local to use her services.  She can be reached at (631) 696-8875.
