SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-pay and pre-order any special needs to receive discounts and avoid
higher on-site charges.
Bring you own extension cords if electricity is needed at your table
(perimeter tables only)
SET-UP IS FROM 3-5 PM. Give yourself ample time to unload, get in and set
up. DO NOT SHOW UP LATE unless your set-up in uncomplicated. It will be very
busy as the other activities will be going on – so please be patient and
understanding. WE HAVE OVER 70 VENDORS!!
THE EXPO HOURS ARE 5-8 PM.
ABSOLUTELY NO MOVE-IN OR MOVE-OUT DURING THE EXPO. Don’t show up LATE, as
your table assignment may be changed or revoked during set-up.
BREAK-DOWN MUST COMMENCE AFTER 8 PM. THE DANCE STARTS AT 8PM.
We appreciate your cooperation. Give yourself ample
time for a comfortable move-in and move-out.
- All exhibits must be contained in the space contracted for. Please be
courteous to your fellow exhibitors. All aisles must remain clear with no
obstructions.
- All exhibitors are responsible for their own products or materials. Please
put away all valuables and perishables for your safety. Multi-Expo Int’l.
is not responsible for any damage or theft of your property during the
course of this event so please use common sense and protect your valuables.
- No exhibitor shall deface any part of the ballroom. NO TAPING OR NAILING
ANYTHING TO THE WALLS.
- NO OTHER PERSON/BUSINESS MAY DISPLAY AT YOUR TABLE THAT IS NOT ASSIGNED
UNDER CONTRACT.

- 110 electric power. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN EXTENSION CORDS AND YELLOW
WARNING TAPE. THERE IS A $25.00 CHARGE TO RUN ELECTRIC TO YOUR DISPLAY. MAKE
