Q: How Does Weekend Dating Work?

A: Our events are a great way for you to meet some new people. Maybe you are looking for new people to date, or perhaps your soul mate. No matter what your search may be, our events are held in a laid back, casual environment, so you'll feel more comfortable just being yourself.

You will meet up to 20 potential mates in a series of 4 minute dates. After each of your dates you will discretely circle on a score card whether you would be interested in meeting with that person again. At the end of the night you will hand in your scorecard for us to tally. If two people both said yes, then that's a MATCH and in the next day or so you will each receive the other persons email address. There is no limit to the number of matches you can have. From there it's up to you!

Q: Do I need a Reservation?

A: Since space is limited, you will need a reservation. Our events are private parties and without a reservation there is no guarantee that a space will be available. You are welcome to call (516-908-9638) us the day of the event to see if we have a last minute cancellation, but there are no guarantees. If there is a cancellation you can register on the spot. However, if the event is full, we regretfully will not have space for observers. We suggest you call the day before the event to check for cancellations

Q: I am having trouble making a Reservation. What should I do?

A: Please contact us at 516-908-9638 and we will gladly help you through the registration process.

Q: What will happen if I need to cancel?

A: No problem! Please disregard the notice that all sales are final. Refunds will gladly be given if we are notified within 5 business days of the event that you can not attend. A $4.50 processing fee will be assessed.

Q: What if I become sick last minute and can not attend?

A: We certainly understand that things can happen last minute, but unfortunately we can not issue a refund or credit for a last minute cancellation. It is the same concept as having tickets to a Broadway show and needing to cancel last minute. We only have a limited number of seats for each event.

Q: Is Weekend Dating a Service?

A: Unlike a dating service that can cost thousands of dollars, Weekend Dating assists in the matchmaking process. We just bring single people together for a fun time out in hope's that it may lead to more.
