Hi Naresh, just wanted to reconfirm everything one more time:
Time: My group will have the entire back area from 8:15 to 9:45 PM
(My organizers: Michele, Tanya and Vincent will arrive a little early to set up)
Setup:
If you can please remove as many of the tables/chairs as possible so it is
more for mingling rather than sitting. You would need to remove the furniture
from this area anyway for the DJ and Dancing. Payment made
We wont know our final headcount until our party ends at 9:45 PM
so I have asked Michele to coordinate with you to make sure the number
match as far as the head count. My organizers will be keeping track as
each person checks in.
Latecomers- SKIP THIS PART I THINK
It happens every year that some people do not listen to me when I tell them that
they need to arrive no later than 9:45 or be charged again. I will ask Michele to give you a
list of anyone who registerd, but has not yet arrived. Please just have your door person allow them
in and keep track of their names and I will also pay for them. If they do not show up, then
I would not be paying for them as they will probably subsquently reach out to me and ask for
a refund or threaten a chargeback :( Prize - CHECK WITH NARESH WHO WILL GIVE YOU SOMETHING
If Possible, can we do some small gift card as a prize winner for my group. My organizers will
be playing several games with the group. I have some of my own prizes, but a little gift card
on a future date can certainly help.
