These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the websites and services operated by 

Participation & Eligibility

Participation in WeekendDating LLC events is voluntary. You are responsible for your own conduct, decisions, and interactions before, during, and after any event.

WeekendDating LLC does not guarantee matches, relationships, compatibility, attendance numbers, or any specific outcome from participating in events.

Right to Refuse Service / Remove Participants

WeekendDating LLC reserves the absolute and sole right, at its discretion, to refuse registration, deny entry, suspend, remove, or permanently ban any individual from our websites, mailing lists, services, or events at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without obligation to provide an explanation.

This includes, but is not limited to, behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, misleading, dishonest, threatening, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit or operation of our events, as determined solely by WeekendDating LLC.

Termination of Access

Either you or WeekendDating LLC may terminate your registration or participation at any time. In the event of termination for violation of these Terms or inappropriate conduct, refunds or credits are not guaranteed and may be denied at our sole discretion.

Privacy & Information Sharing

Your personal information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

For speed dating events only, first name and email address may be shared only with matches you personally select.
No last names, phone numbers, or other personal information will be shared.  If you have a MUTUAL match, YOU will have the option to click a button and share your phone number with that match.  

For trivia, networking, friending, and non-dating events, no attendee information is shared.

No Background Checks / Disclaimer

WeekendDating LLC does not conduct background checks, criminal screenings, or identity verification on participants.

By registering for or attending an event, you acknowledge and agree that WeekendDating LLC is not responsible for the actions or conduct of any participant and assumes no liability for interactions between attendees.

Events are held at third-party venues beyond our control. Attendance is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeekendDating LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, purchase of tickets, attendance at events, or interactions with other participants.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeekendDating LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your participation in events, violation of these Terms, or interactions with other attendees.

Modifications to Terms

WeekendDating LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the website or participation in events constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Final Acknowledgment

By using the WeekendDating LLC websites or attending any event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
